Puppy Information
We careful planned the breeding of Malibu in advance to ensure healthy, quality puppies….we took it very seriously. I have spent countless hours of researching prospect studs for Malibu and I am happy to announce that we have selected CH Quail Chase Warm & Fuzzy “Crush”, bred and owned by Donald “Duke” & Tina Donahue of Quail Chase Labradors located in North Phoenix, Arizona.
We are expecting a litter of chocolates around February 10, 2026. (Ultrasound has been confirmed)
Purchasing your puppy
Health Guarantee
We provide a one year guarantee on health illness and health genetics. Our guarantee covers any unforeseen issues that might affect your puppy’s overall health. We will not allow the general public on our property to visit our puppies before pick up dates for health/safety reasons. There is a possibility that visitors could carry Parvo on shoes and clothes and not be aware of it. Our goal is to ensure our puppies remain healthy at all costs.
Deposits & Price
We require a $500.00 deposit to reserve one of our puppies. Deposits are non-refundable unless I am not able to provide you with a puppy. Our puppies are $3000.00. I accept cash, cashier checks, checks, PayPal and Venmo.
Choosing a Puppy
Your choice of a puppy will be determined by the order deposits are received. In other words, the person whose deposit is received first, will have first choice of a puppy; the second will have second choice, etc. As a breeder, it is my duty to guide new families as to which puppy is a good fit for their family according to their lifestyles. I will make sure there is enough time allotted for picking out your puppy.
Taking your puppy home
We will allow our puppies to be picked up at 8 weeks to go their new homes. I will make sure there is enough time allotted for you to get acquainted with your puppy and to go over paperwork. At this time, we are not shipping puppies by airlines. You are more than welcome to fly into Houston or Bryan/College Station, Texas to pick your puppy and fly back home.
Breeder Rights
Our puppies will be vaccinated and microchipped (no exception) so that we can be notified should your puppy be lost or taken to a shelter. For some reason, if you cannot keep your puppy/dog…please let us know first. We will take the puppy/dog back no matter what the situation may be.
We do reserve the right to keep the first pick of the litter for our breeding program.
All of our puppies are sold with AKC limited registration, meaning no breeding rights.
